Dutch row over Icelandic claims intensifies
The row between the Dutch government and local councils over deposits in Icelandic banks has intensified.

THE NETHERLANDS - The Province of North Holland, 22 city councils and a water board have decided to submit their own claims to recover their lost millions.
They are defying Finance Minister Wouter Bos, who last week threatened to block the claims.
On Wednesday, The Hague city council and the Province of Groningen decided to cooperate with the finance minister.
