Dutch rail says customer satisfaction is at an all-time high...

In the third quarter of this year, nearly 80 percent of travellers gave the rail operator a rating of seven or higher out of ten, significantly up from the second quarter. Passengers were especially happy about punctuality, with nearly 95 percent of all trains meeting the norm of arriving less than five minutes late. Customers also expressed satisfaction about seat availability and rail staff. Travellers, however, do want cleaner trains and stations and better security in the compartments.
