Dutch postal service operating in Germany

PostNL, formerly TNT – the Netherlands’ postal service – says it now has a six-percent share in Germany’s postal market.

Mario Frusch, the director of TNT Post Germany – as the company is called across the border – says the German postal market is Europe’s most competitive one. “The German postal market is the biggest in Europe in terms of both turnover and address numbers,” he says. There are 40 million households in Germany.
