THE NETHERLANDS - The hospital shut three ORs on Thursday following a routine inspection. A fourth, fit with an independent air quality system, was allowed to remain functioning but is only used for emergencies. Nearby hospitals will take over planned operations. Four other hospitals across the country were recently also forced to close their operating theatres because of poor air quality.
