Dutch development minister attends DRC talks
Minister Bert Koenders attended Friday's conference on the crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

THE NETHERLANDS - The conference was held in the Kenyan capital Nairobi.
Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen said earlier that the Netherlands will not send troops to support the UN peacekeeping force in the country.
In the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, tens of thousands of people are fleeing fighting between government troops and rebels.
Tutsi rebel leader General Laurent Nkunda was not invited to the talks.
