GLASGOW -- The Netherlands suffered a humiliating defeat at the second Eurovision Dance Contest in the Scottish city of Glasgow on Saturday by coming in last.

Singer Thomas Berge and his dance partner Roemjana de Haan ended in 14th place with 1 point.  The couple, who danced to Angels by Robbie Williams, were judged to be the poorest performers by both the jury and voters from the 14 particpating countries.

Actor Marcin Mroczek and professional dancer Edyta Herbus from Poland won the event with a fusion of Rumba and Cha-Cha with Modern Jazz. They were awarded 154 points.

Russia came second with 121 points and Ukraine third with 119 points.
