Dutch companies report higher damages in 2007
Companies lost money to fire, theft, storm, water damage and frost, says report.8 May 2008
THE NETHERLANDS - A report released by the Association of Dutch Insurers says that companies lost more money due to fire, theft, storm, water damage and frost in 2007 than in 2006.
On average, losses per incident were EUR 19,000, an increase of EUR 2,000 over 2006.
Most of the losses were caused by fires and the severe storm that struck The Netherlands in January 2006.
