Dutch Railways' ratings go up again
Train passengers are increasingly more satisfied with Dutch Railways, with 75 percent polled giving the company a rating of seven out of 10.14 July 2008
THE NETHERLANDS - Train passengers seem to appreciate Dutch Railways (NS) more than ever as seen in the increase in customer approval since 2007.
In 2008, three quarters of those questioned in the latest customer survey gave the company a rating of seven out of 10 or higher. About 50% said they were happy with the punctuality of the trains.
Rover, the travellers' critical organisation, says the company has improved in several key areas.
The NS has been measuring customer satisfaction since 2000.
