AMSTERDAM – The court in Amsterdam on Thursday declared the case brought against 22 Hell's Angels by the public prosecution department as inadmissible. The 22 Angels had been accused of forming a criminal organisation.
At the beginning of this month the lawyers of the suspected Angels asked the court to throw out the case. This request came after the prosecution had failed to have records of tapped phone conversations between the lawyers and the suspects destroyed.
The applicable legislation required this.
