AMSTERDAM — Nineteen bus lines did not operate in Amsterdam on Monday morning, a Connexxion spokesperson informed. The halt was caused by the drivers’ strike.

The spokesperson could not say how long the strike would continue.

The drivers are demanding changes in the schedule. The current schedule leads to too many delays, they said.
