THE HAGUE - Authorities in the Netherlands quarantined nearly 80 people on Monday at the premises of an exotic animal company after some of them experienced dizziness and skin irritation, a report said.

The premises of the business in the northeastern town of Hoogeveen were blocked off and no one was allowed to enter or exit until the cause of the problem had been discovered, the ANP news agency reported.

Two dozen people were taken to hospital for examinations, while the health services were at the scene trying to establish the cause of the problem, the report said.
