It is a fresh concept which mixes dancing and exercising with your baby.

Your baby will be snuggled in the carrier or in your arms while you move to a variety of uplifting and motivating music: Latin, Waltz, Tango and even Rapa Nui (Easter Island).

For each routine and choreography, Instructor Milena will demonstrate the proper movement - then you'll follow along to the beat of the music. The classes are designed for all levels of fitness.

The most important fact is that you have a great time with your baby.
