Moving abroad can be a stressful experience, often involving sleepless nights, financial and emotional strains and physical pressures. In order to ensure that you enjoy the experience to your best ability and are able to cope with these challenges, visit the Expat Fair to discuss your recent or impending move to 'NL'.

Mental health and happiness
No matter your age, background, or current situation, representatives from companies such as PsyQ International, U-center, ExpatPsy and Kühler & Trooster International Mental health, will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding your psychological and/or psychiatric wellbeing.

If you're anxious about speaking to the professionals in a foreign langauge, fear not, exhibitors such as Kühler & Trooster provide treatment in a number of languages including English, Dutch, French, Japanese, Polish and others, so no matter where you're from, they are here to help.

If you're based in Rotterdam and are looking for a psychologist who understands expat issues, provides quick and practical tips and who provides services outside office hours and in the weekends meet ExpatPsy at the fair.

These companies are all highly respectful of privacy, keeping each individual case confidential.
