More than twenty companies and recruitment agencies from a wide range of industries, will gather to meet with highly educated internationals, all active in the search for an international multilingual career. If you fall into this category and are keen to discover how to find the ideal vacancy, take a look at the website for feedback from previous events and a list of this years exhibitors.

It may be hard to imagine that there is a great deal on offer at present in a small, yet popular country; however, the world of multilingual employment is improving and many experts have a positive outlook for the coming years:

“As in previous editions, the Dutch Health Care Performance report 2014 shows too little time and attention is paid to clients in the geriatric care sector. In 2013, over half of nursing home staff indicated there is not enough personnel to ensure a good quality of care.” –The Dutch Ministry of Health

“The Netherlands is a prosperous country. Despite the economic headwind, our levels of competitive strength, innovation and science put us in the top 5 on international rankings. Finding well-educations technicians on college and university levels will prove increasingly difficult in the near future. This development will harm companies’ growth and innovative strength…We expect a shortage of technical professionals of 30,000 by 2020.” –Twente Branding

“1.3 million people work in the healthcare and social welfare sector in the Netherlands. Over the next 15 to 20 years, over 40,000 extra staff will be needed – if we want to continue to provide care in the same way – to cope with the growing number of elderly people requiring care.” –www.government.nl

A wide range to choose from
