ROTTERDAM - Denny Landzaat and Jonathan de Guzman scored first-half goals Sunday to help Feyenoord beat Roda JC 2-0 and win its first Dutch Cup in more than a decade.

Landzaat put Feyenoord in front in the eighth minute, and de Guzman made it 2-0 with a solo effort in the 36th.

Feyenoord last won the Dutch Cup in 1995, while Roda was the 2000 champion.

Feyenoord, which finished sixth in the Dutch league, will now play in next season's UEFA Cup.

It was coach Bert van Marwijk's second major title with Feyenoord after helping the Rotterdam side win the 2002 UEFA Cup.

''It is always nice to win a big prize like this,'' Landzaat said. ''We scored a quick goal and I think that changed the course of the game.''

Van Marwijk is leaving to coach The Netherlands national team in July. Current Heerenveen coach Gertjan Verbeek is replacing him at Feyenoord next season
