AMSTERDAM - Dennis Bergkamp is returning to the Amsterdam football club Ajax. The exact duties of the 38-year-old former footballer remain unclear.
Marco van Basten, who will begin work as Ajax's trainer after the European Cup, says that Bergkamp, who yesterday announced that he had enrolled on a coaching course in Zeist, will start as an apprentice with the club.
