31/03/2010New Zealand: Overseas Employers to be Subject to Compulsory Licensing Requirement

In May, New Zealand will extend the countrys compulsory licensing requirement for immigration advisers to overseas employers that provide immigration advice to incoming staff. In addition, New Zealand has introduced two new short-term work policies for foreign nationals between the ages of 20 and 35 and two new retirement policies.
