Irelands Minister for Finance published Finance No. 3 Bill 2011 on Thursday, 9 June 2011.Finance Bill No. 3 provides for changes to the existing tax law as a consequence of the passing of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010.
