Dutch entrepreneur Mirella Visser has been nominated as European campaigner of the year for promoting the professional progress of women. (Voting for the 50 most influential Europeans of the year is open until 12 November.)

AMSTERDAM - Dutch entrepreneur Mirella Visser, President of EuropeanPWN has been nominated by a distinguished panel of opinion-leaders from across the European Union as one of the EV50 - the 50 most influential Europeans of the year.
Visser is nominated as “European of the Year 2007” and in the category “Campaigner of the Year 2007”. Among the other nominees in the latter category are Arnold Schwarzenegger and Nadia Haimaia of Greenpeace. Visser’s nomination is for her work in promoting the professional progress of women and gender diversity programmes to help women and corporations succeed together.
