Adjustments to Czech Republic sickness benefits -- on a temporary basis -- in the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010. Furthermore, effective from 1 January 2010, there are significant changes in pension insurance in connection with the start of the first phase of the governments pension reform. The basic conditions for entitlement to pension benefits have been changed.
