In several major cities in China, employers and their sponsored foreign national employees must now comply with new requirements for employment permit or residence permit applications, as well as employment permit cancellation procedures. There are also new requirements for Taiwanese passport holders applying for Marked Multiple Residence Endorsements in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
