On 26 May, Expatdesk Rotterdam invites you to two workshops: "Pensions in international situations" and " Cultural issues and trends around expatriation".

Robert Jan de Wit of KPMG will present: 
"Pensions in international situations"

 Labour law and tax law relating to pensions is comprehensive and difficult, especially when international aspects are involved. When employees are working in various countries, the employer has to deal with many legal aspects, amongst others at the field of tax law. During the presentation we will provide a general overview of the international tax aspects of pensions. In addition we will discuss general examples relating to to commuters and in- outbound expats. Naturally, there is also the possibility to discuss general questions from your side. 

Nanette Ripmeester of Expertise in Labour Mobilty will present:
" Cultural issues and trends around expatriation"

International assignment are changing, but in which direction and with what consequences?
In this workshop Nannette Ripmeester from Expertise in Labour Mobility will share trends and insights into the world of expatriation. The consequences of the financial crisis have left their marks on HR and expat policies. What direction will be the new way forward and and which type of Expat will emerge as the "winner".
