Missed our Welcome to France fair? Well, to tell the truth, you missed a lot. But you can get a flavour for next year's event in this Expatica France Photo Album. (If you did attend, check if we caught you in any of our pictures!)
Well, we had a great time — and, as you can see, the 4,000 attendees of our Welcome to France Fair October 15 did too.
This was our second annual such conference at the Carousel du Louvre, this time out combining representatives from 79 major expat services based in France plus a two-stage line-up of France experts teaching you everything from the intricacies of getting a mortgage in France to cooking a spectacular French meal to how to stay physically and mentally healthy after moving abroad.
While the programme is aimed at new arrivals to France ('Welcome to France'), there were plenty of veteran expats who have lived here from three to 30 years, proving that the need to feel connected to the expat community never really leaves you.
Attendance outstripped our expectations and we look forward to bringing you even more of the same next year. A bientôt! The aisles did get crowded. 79 vendors means a lot to see! Marguerite Foucher sharing her own Elegant Home Cooking tips
