The committee exists to co-ordinate the activities of the British social, educational and other organizations in the Paris region. The Committee also sometimes represents the British community on all official or social occasions of importance.

DANCE AND SPORTS CLUBS
The Paris branch of the society runs three sides and caters to most skill levels. The club also enjoys an active social calendar.
Learn the steps and formation of traditional Scottish dance while mingling with other internationals.
English-speaking sports and social club set in the forest of Meudon in the south-west of Paris.
Plays around 40 games a season against French, British and Benelux sides. Players of all ages and standards welcome. The club includes an active junior section.

MISCELLANEOUS MEMBERSHIP ORGANISATIONS
Founded to bring together Scots residing in France. Anyone, whether Scots-born or not, who has an interest in Scottish culture, may join.
Founded to foster knowledge of Wales, its language and culture, the Society organises events with Welsh artists, lunches, pub-evenings and Welsh language classes. The Society welcomes all who are interested in Wales.
Referring to itself as 'The Premier Patriotic Society of England', the Royal Society organizes social occasions for Britons and their friends including embassy cocktails and a picnic at the Longchamp race course.
