PARIS, Feb 4 (AFP) - Unions covering workers at the Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports serving Paris have called for a strike next Wednesday to protest the planned privatisation of the facilities' managing company.

Four of the country's biggest unions said Friday they had lodged formal warnings for the stoppage, which would coincide with the day French MPs debate the bill to transform the state-owned Aeroports de Paris company into a private entity.
