PARIS, Feb 22 (AFP) - Snow falls could cause flight delays Tuesday morning at Paris's two main airports, authorities said.

At Charles de Gaulle north of the capital, "we are restricting traffic", said the Airports of Paris (ADP), with the number of arrivals falling from 60 to 50 per hour and the departures to 45 per hour.

"If this situation continues, there is a risk of half hour delays, on average, at the end of the morning," ADP said.

At Orly to the south there were currently no delays and no restrictions on aircraft traffic. However one of the three runways, used mainly for landings, has been closed to remove ice. This could cause delays of up to 30 minutes, officials said.
