The interest rate on Ireland's 85 billion euro (113 billion dollar) bailout has yet to be decided at a meeting of eurozone ministers, France's Finance Minister Christine Lagarde said Sunday.

"The assistance plan for Ireland is almost wrapped up. I believe the end of the negotiations are in sight," Lagarde said as she arrived for a meeting with her colleagues in the 16-member eurozone.

"We still have a few little details in the composition to rework and to finalise, particularly on the interest rate. Therefore we're going to go to work. It's worth the effort."
