    How wonderful! It is not often that an improvement like this can save money. I seem to recall an old joke about the hairdresser asking "How would you like you hair cut?" and receiving the reply "In silence!" And are we referring to real music, or "music", which seems to be passed off as music? A typical example "Music on hold". I have often asked Bank of Scotland whether they could use something more pleasant than their music on hold, an empty oil drum rolling down a hill, perhaps.
