PARIS, June 27, 2007 (AFP) - French industrial confidence bounced back in June to an indexed 110 points from 108 in May and 112 in April, the economic research group INSEE said Wednesday.

INSEE cited full order books and overall perspectives that "were improving strongly" as key factors behind the rise in June.

In late May, INSEE said that French consumer confidence had soared to a five-year high last month on optimism about jobs and incomes, a surge analysts attributed to the election of reformist President Nicolas Sarkozy.
