REIMS, France, Aug 4 (AFP) - A bomb alert on a train going from Frankfurt to Paris disrupted rail services in eastern France Thursday, France's state rail company SNCF said.

"A bomb squad is currently at the scene conducting a search of the wagon" on the stopped train, it said in a statement. All passengers have been evacuated.

Seven other trains going to regional and international stations, including a Paris-Munich service, were being held in Paris or in other French towns until the scare was checked out.
