France to review diplomatic communications after Wikileaks
France said Tuesday it would review the way its diplomats communicate in the wake of WikiLeaks' mass release of leaked US cables.
The Wikileaks move "will have as consequence that we will redefine the transmission modalities of documents of a diplomatic nature within the system of French chancelleries," said government spokesman Francois Baroin.
WikiLeaks has begun releasing around 250,000 US cables, embarrassing Washington and riling foreign governments exposed in the documents.
