PARIS, Aug 24, 2006 (AFP) - International veterans Lilian Thuram and Claude Makelele were among Raymond Domenech's 20-man France squad named for the upcoming Euro 2008 qualifying campaign.

PARIS, Aug 24, 2006 (AFP) - International veterans Lilian Thuram and Claude Makelele were among Raymond Domenech's 20-man France squad named for the upcoming Euro 2008 qualifying campaign.

Both players had only recently agreed to continue their international careers.

France play Georgia on September 2 and Italy on Sepember 6.
