PARIS, January 11, 2008 - A high-ranking French cop found himself in a
sticky situation after being caught walking out of a swank French department
store without having paid for two boxes of chocolates, Le Parisien said Friday.
The gendarmerie colonel was detained as he left the Le Bon Marche with the
