Body pulled from the River Seine, thought to be the remains of a US national who went missing in the French capital last month

PARIS, Jan 21, 2008 (AFP) - Paris police have pulled a man's body from the
River Seine, thought to be the remains of a US national who went missing in
the French capital last month, police said Sunday.
The body was found Saturday near the Passerelle des Arts, a footbridge
linking the Left Bank and the Louvre, already partly decomposed.
Police believe it to be the remains of a 46-year-old from the US state of
Minneapolis, reported missing on December 23 by the Paris hotel where he was
living. He was thought to suffer from mental health problems.
   An investigation has been opened.

It is the very sad truth that Katoucha's body was found last week (ending Feb 29th 08) in the Seine not far from her boat/residence aboard the Seine. Also please accept condolences STH for the loss of your brother.

What is this report ? I have a friend named Katoucha, who was a model for all of the houses. In America we were told it was her body that was pulled out of the seine. Please tell us if it is true. This story says different.
