23/03/2009Internaxx does away with entry fees with new offshore Fund Supermarket (sponsored contribution)

Internaxx, the online offshore bank backed by TD Bank and BGL, and dedicated to investors looking for offshore access to international markets, announces the launch of a unique offering in the market of offshore investment funds.

All investment funds available through the Luxembourg-based broker are now available with no entry-fees. 0-per cent entry-fees had previously been offered by local brokers on limited investment fund ranges, but never on international offshore funds traditionally available only with high entry-fees.

The launch of the 0-per cent entry-fee Offshore Fund Supermarket underlines Internaxx’s commitment to expanding its range of online banking products to meet the needs of more conservative investors seeking safer investments.

The best asset managers
The world’s biggest names in asset management are available at Internaxx. Clients may chose funds from over 20 asset managers including Fidelity, Blackrock, Fortis Investment, ING Investment Management, Franklin Templeton, Invesco, Crédit Suisse, Schroders, Henderson Global Investors and Dexia Asset Management. Funds from boutique asset managers such as Pictet Funds or Carmignac Gestion are also available.

A comprehensive range of funds including fixed income and money market funds

Funds in the Internaxx Fund Supermarket are selected to provide a choice of high-performing funds within all asset classes. New fixed income and money market funds were recently added to provide solutions to investors seeking greater safety.

User-friendly research tools
To help investors make the best investment decisions, Internaxx has partnered with Morningstar to offer comprehensive research tools available to all visitors to the Internaxx website. Users can easily access fund information such as performance, volatility or top holdings. A fund compare tool gives clients an easy way to evaluate the differences between funds and choose the one that best meets their investment goals.

Robert Glaesener, Internaxx Managing Director, adds: “Our international and expatriate clients want discounted access to the best offshore funds. Additionally, in today’s market conditions, our expatriate clients seek products that offer high levels of safety and liquidity. Investment funds, especially those in the fixed income and money market segments, allow us to broaden our existing range of products and meet this demand.”
