Since her debut more than thirty years ago, the American opera star has sung in the world’s finest halls. Her memorable performances have included key roles in the ‘Marriage of Figaro’ and ‘The Magic Flute,’ and she has fearlessly experimented with jazz and other musical genres. Her recital at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées will include works by Handel and Purcell with accompaniment by the Drottningholm Baroque Ensemble. The performance will begin at 8pm and tickets range from EUR 5-92.
