CONCERTS HIGHBROW Brad Mehldau Trio pARIS | 07/03/2008
The American jazz pianist will be coming to Paris for a performance that's sure to sell out. Long-time collaborators Larry Grenadier (double bass) and Jeff Balard (drums) make up the Brad Mehldau trio, and together they produce exhilerating jazz compositions that are marked by improvisation. Considered as something of a maverick, Mehldau likes to test musical boundaries by performing covers of Radiohead or alongside such stars as Renee Fleming. Tickets for this performance range from EUR 30-45, and the concert wil begin at 8pm.
