Exhibition presenting file images that document the history of China in the complex historical period from 1949 until the present, recovering the living history of a country through images that have become authentic symbols of history. The photographs on show do not only recover a heritage that has been preserved despite the successive adversities that have threatened with their loss, but also the living history of a country through images that have been turned into authentic symbols of history.
