MALAGA – Twelve people have been charged for a property scam in the south of Spain.
The suspects, five Italians, four Spaniards and three people from France, Peru and Venezuela, were arrested on Tuesday at an estate agent's in Fuengirola.
They are believed to have sold property to clients that was no longer on the market.
Those arrested have not been identified, but are all aged between 20 and 47.
They were charged and then bailed until further court appearances.
