MADRID - Stormy weather claimed three lives in Spain on Wednesday and Thursday, radio reports said.
The bodies of two amateur fishermen were washed ashore after their boat capsized amid high waves near Pontevedra in the north.
A woman was injured in Madrid when a wind gust caused a stone slate to fall from a building and to hit her on the head. She died at hospital shortly afterwards.
Ferry links with Morocco suffered interruptions because of the weather conditions.
