23 May 2007, MADRID - Spanish first-quarter gross domestic product grew at an annual rate of 4.1 percent and at a quarterly rate of 1.1 percent, the National Statistics Institute said.

MADRID - Spanish first-quarter gross domestic product grew at an annual rate of 4.1 percent and at a quarterly rate of 1.1 percent, the National Statistics Institute said.

In the fourth quarter of 2006, Spanish GDP grew at an annual rate of 4 percent and a quarterly rate of 1.2 percent.
