THESSALONIKI, Greece - Spain rallied to beat Greece 3-2 Wednesday in an international friendly with two second-half goals from David Silva.

Carlos Marchena got Spain's other goal, while Fanis Gekas and Costas Katsouranis scored Greece's goals at Toumba stadium.

Theo Zagorakis played his 120th and final game for Greece _ a national record. The former Leicester City and Bologna midfielder was captain when Greece won the 2004 European Championship.

Greece got off to a lively start when Gekas' shot hit the post in the 5th minute.

But Gekas hit the target in the 18th with a header off a center from Giorgos Karagounis. Three minutes later, Dimitris Salpingidis squandered a major scoring opportunity when his close-range header off a cross from Gekas went wide.

In the 27th, Silva hit the post before Carlos Marchena made it 1-1 with a header off a free kick from Alonso Xabi in the 37th.

One minute before the end of the half, Katsouranis made it 2-1 off a pass from Gekas.

The Spanish controlled the second half.

Silva leveled in the 67th after a melee in front of the Greek goalmouth. Silva's shot was temporarily saved by goalkeeper Costas Halkias before Silva scored with the rebound.

In injury time, Silva dribbled past one defender and beat Halkias with a close-range shot.
