MADRID – Crown Prince Felipe told journalists on Thursday to chill out about the upcoming birth of his and wife Letizia's second child.
In an informal chat with the press following an official event in the capital, the prince said that the media had to calm down and quit bothering him about the arrival, which is expected within two weeks.
Camera crews and photographers have already set up scaffolding and step ladders as observation posts outside Madrid’s prestigious Ruber International Clinic where the birth is to take place.
Prince Felipe said his wife was experiencing the normal discomforts of a late-term pregnancy and that the couple had yet to choose a name for the child.
The couple’s first child, the Infanta Leonor, is 18 months old.
