Airport security to be boosted after attacks on Brussels metro and airport.

SPAIN’S airport security is going to be stepped up following terrorist attacks in Brussels yesterday morning.

Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz has announced security will be reinforced, but added ‘for obvious reasons allow me not to give you more details about these measures’.

Although the national terror alert will not be stepped up from level four thanks to terror experts.

Four Spaniards were injured in the Brussels attacks while 34 people are confirmed dead in the bombs that went off at the airport and metro.

So-called Islamic State has claimed responsibility and prosecutors are investigating whether the Brussels terror cell has any connection with Spanish jihadis.
