Living Things exhibition by Picasso
Latest exhibition by Picasso in Barcelona highlights the importance of metamorphosis in his art.
BARCELONA -- The current exhibition of Picasso at the Museu Picasso shows the relationship the painter shares with inanimate objects as he opened his work to metamorphosis from 1907.
The exhibition Living Things: Figures and Still Life in Picasso, consisting of 68 artworks, most of them by Picasso, also reflects on the artist's work in the Cubist period and how he engaged with Surrealists.
