MALAGA — Tony King claimed on Tuesday the Spanish teenager he is accused of murdering was stabbed and killed by two other people.
King, who is standing trial for the murder of 19-year-old Rocio Wanninkhof in 1999, told the court a Spanish woman, Dolores Vazquez, had stabbed the victim.
Then, he claimed, when she still showed signs of life, Robert Graham, cut her throat.
Vazquez was wrongly convicted of the murder of Wanninkhof and served 17 months in jail until DNA samples allegedly linked King to the killing.
Graham is an ex-associate of King's who he knew at the time of the alleged murder.
Graham, who has been accused of no crimes, was linked to the murder by King.
King, who told the court he was innocent, asked to be submitted to hypnosis to 'prove' his innocence.
King was condemned for the murder of 17-year-old Sonia Carabantes in 2004 and is serving 36 years in jail.
The case continues.
