LONDON - Two men are to appear in court charged with the murder of a man who was shot dead last year.

The BBC reported British Police extradited David Taylor, 40, and 38-year-old Peter Jones, both of no fixed address, from Spain.

They were wanted in connection with the death of John Ward, 22, who was killed at his home in Point Clear Road, St Osyth, Essex, in March 2006.

Police said the men were to appear at Southend Magistrates' Court charged with murder.
