CADIZ – Police stopped 82 Bolivians from disembarking from a cruise ship on Tuesday as they suspect they are illegal immigrants.

The cruise ship Symphony docked in Cadiz carrying 500 people on Monday night.

So far 86 Bolivians have tried so far to land in the port, but only four have been allowed off.

The four who were allowed off have plane tickets back home and have been taken directly to the airport by police.

The cruise ship, run by MSC Cruceros which sails with a Panamanian flan, sailed from Fortaleza in Brazil.

It has stopped off in Tenerife, where authorities also refused to let the Bolivian passengers get off.

The ship is now expected to head for Valencia, the next stop on its schedule.
