Turk wounded in gun attack outside mosque in Germany
An unidentified gunmen fired from a passing car as the man was chatting with friends.
Braunschweig, Germany -- a Turkish man was shot and wounded after leaving a mosque in the north German city of Braunschweig, police said Friday.
An unidentified gunmen fired from a passing car as the man was chatting with friends outside the mosque on Thursday evening.
The victim was taken to hospital where doctors removed a bullet from his cheek. Police said he did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate.
