The World from Berlin: Roma Suffering 'Has Not Ended'

On Holocaust Remembrance Day, the focus in Germany is often on the World War II annihilation of European Jewry. But this year, for the first time, the guest speaker in the German parliament was from the Roma and Sinti community. German editorialists welcome the fact that Zoni Weisz addressed both the mass murders of the past and the plight of the Roma people today.
